Our History
1970 · Birth
With the purpose of strengthening the consortial activity, the 7th March 1970 the CONSORTIUM Autocisterne Vinicole with the acronym CONS.A.V. from the union of the extinct C.A.F. of Faenza and C.A.V. of Lugo. The headquarter was in V.le delle Ceramiche 12 in Faenza.
1972 · Investment
In the beginning of 1972, given the necessity of expanding the corporate headquarter and realizing a parking lot for the vehicles of the members, the society “IMMOBILIARE ROMAGNA S.R.L.” was created, to consent the acquisition of the property and ground where today the current headquarter of CONS.A.V. is located, in Via Malpighi 2 in Faenza.
1974 · Cooperation
The Cooperative CONS.A.V. SOC. COOP. was established the 22nd September 1974, with only 34 members at that time and afterwards transformed with the company name of CONS.A.V. SOC. COOP. PER AZIONI.
’90 · Management
In the 90s, the company “ENOTRASPED S.R.L.” was acquired, with the purpose of expanding the service offer regarding sea transports. In the same decade CONS.A.V. created the consortium company “OPEN SERVICES” to manage the service offer for its own members and more (for example insurance, diesel, fittings warehouse, etc.).
2008 · Vision
In the early 2000s the pumping and storage services were implemented thanks to wine pumps for the upload and download of liquid goods and to a park tank of more than 45.000 hl. In 2008 took place the “fusion through acquisition” of “IMMOBILIARE ROMAGNA” with CONS.A.V., that becomes the single owner of the entire building complex; furthermore the controlled societies “LOGICAL”, “ENOTRASPED” and “OPEN SERVICES” were put into liquidation, in order to optimize the costs and the offered service from CONS.A.V., on which it is nowadays founded.
2024 · Evolution
2024 marks an important step that projects Consav and Carp (company of national and international transport) towards the future thanks to a signed network contract: the collaboration, optimization of resources, the potential convey, the precise organization and the integrity of workers will guarantee the prepared solving to eventual problems regarding the transport of liquid products, of every sort.
